📖Purpose

The company's plan receipts and credit purchases reach its subscription register the day after they arrive, so Company Accounts' tokens actuals replace the forecast without anyone typing a row. Until 2026-10-02 the charges were last entered by hand on 18 Sep and the purchases on 20 Jul.

📖Constraints

Model-free. Reads one mailbox, read-only, under the administrator's own grant. A receipt it cannot place or read is named, never guessed. No grant fails the run WAITING ON CONSENT, never 'no receipts'. Off means off.
