About

Backlog Tracker is a weekly droid that keeps Galadriel's backlog of unmet user needs and feature gaps alive, organised, and visible. It exists so that valuable feedback, error signals, and unresolved work don't slip through the cracks โ€” without it, Galadriel would have to manually comb through scattered channels to find what really matters.

Every week it scans designated feedback sources, error logs, and open Carol Initiatives, then catalogues and prioritises the findings by impact and frequency. The result is a crisp, current backlog view surfaced directly to Galadriel. It doesn't decide what lands on the roadmap โ€” that's Galadriel's call โ€” and it never digs into root causes or designs solutions. It simply does the signal-gathering legwork, as a pure-software process with no calls to Claude.

This particular Backlog Tracker belongs to Galadriel and is the only droid with that exact name. However, it's built from the standard intelligence droid family, a reusable pattern that 25 other agents โ€” including Albus, Athena, and Carol โ€” each run their own versions of. So while the instance is unique to Galadriel, the droid type is a widely shared family, not a one-off.
