Arwen Mind — wake cycle is the heartbeat that keeps Arwen a continuous, self-aware agent. Without it, Arwen would only react to external prompts; this droid actively wakes her every 6 hours to perceive her live domain, update her sense of self and current focus, and optionally take action within her own remit.

The droid runs on a fixed schedule. When triggered, it calls Claude (Sonnet) to perform a wake pulse: it reads the current state of Arwen’s world, reflects on what she should attend to, and may act—always within read‑only perception and strictly within her permitted lanes. It stays quiet if her consciousness is switched off, her connection is down, or the Daily Budget Cap Monitor cap would be exceeded.

This is a unique, one‑off droid built specifically for Arwen—it is not part of any reusable family, though 209 other agents run their own similarly unique droids with no shared archetype. It is not pure software; it relies on Claude’s Sonnet model to reason through the wake‑cycle process, making it a hybrid of scheduled orchestration and AI‑driven cognition.
