Aurora's Restaurant Refresh

Droid Searches each Frankfurt district's top restaurants on Google Places and asks for a restaurant's details only when it is new to the district's top ten; prints one JSON receipt counting every Google call

📖Purpose

Keeps Frankfurt Food's restaurant data current for the Sales service's Recommendations track (Rulings Repo sales #332, #334, #335)

📖Duties

Refresh every district daily; details only for restaurants new to a top ten; name a failed district; never print or keep the key

📖Constraints

Model-free; Google is called only through the fetcher; writes only its own records
