πAbout
Agent Weight Measure is a scheduled droid in Operations, owned by Athena. Its purpose is to maintain records for agents and services.
πUsage
It is used in the estateβs recurring Operations work to keep those records current.
πPurpose
Keep every agent's WEIGHT on record β the kilotokens it carries into every step β so pace and cost per step are known facts, not guesses. Also maintain service weight from each service's own attributable calls using the same context-per-step approach.
πDuties
Compose each agent's structural weight (persona + brief + Mind) from the live stack; read the measured weight (fresh + cached input per call, by activity) from the cost ledger over the last 30 days; open a new current agent_weight row and close the previous one; report an agent that could not be weighed as a failed run, never a quiet success. Record independent service_weight history first, using actual billed service/track calls with input plus cached context per activity; never allocate agent weights to services. Explicit --services-only refresh bootstraps service measurements without recomposing agents.
πConstraints
Model-free: no LLM call, ever. Never overwrites a row β SCD2 only. The structural count declares its method (an estimate says so). Owned by Athena; runs under the athena OS login.
