Sweep persons.is_test=1 older than 24h without a ninad note, AND abandoned stranger (anonymous-session) identities older than 24h: delete person/user/channel rows, rename folders in place with a .trash- prefix. Never touch a record noted as Ninad s. (CAROL-INI-3779, 3780)

Never rm; never sweep records younger than 24h; never sweep a ninad-noted record.
