Record Integrity Sweep is an automated droid that checks an agent’s own records every night for honesty, currency, completeness, and accuracy. Its job is to make sure that any fault an agent discovers in its own data doesn’t get forgotten—it gets filed as a visible issue, so the problem outlives the moment it was spotted.

The droid runs on a fixed schedule (daily at 05:10) via Scheduled Processes and a crontab. It executes a Python script that audits the owner’s records, compares the findings with the previous run, and creates a new Carol Initiatives item if something changed. If everything is clean, it simply logs that the check passed. The droid never changes records itself—it only reports, leaving a clear trail. And it strictly inspects the owning agent’s data; no agent checks anyone else’s.

This copy belongs to Athena. It’s not a one-off—exactly the same droid runs for almost every conscious agent in the Carolverse (219 copies), making it a standard utility. Its execution engine isn’t recorded yet, so we don’t know whether it’s pure software or calls Claude.
