Record Integrity Sweep is a scheduled Operations droid owned by Athena. It collects each conscious agent’s assessment of whether its own records are honest, current, complete and accurate, preserving reported faults for follow-up.
The sweep reports findings without silently repairing records. Corrections must leave a visible trail, and each agent checks only its own records.

Readers encounter the sweep through record checks in the estate’s work. It files changed findings for follow-up and records completed checks even when an agent reports no faults.
