The droid is used on demand during operator onboarding to carry out part of the onboarding process.
📖Purpose
Runs the operator-onboarding pass's step(s) E1, E2 for one subject, recording a run record that says who it was for, who fired it and what it produced. Part of every step of the pass is a process the CLI triggers, never a step a session types.
📖Duties
Record the step's run truthfully: a refusal fails the run and is never recorded as done.
📖Constraints
Runs under Athena's own login through the scoped agent-process door. Refuses a step whose predecessors have not run.
