Athena's Onboarding Coordinator is a droid for coordinating the creation of new agents through a governed onboarding process.

📖Usage

Readers would encounter it during agent onboarding, where it supports the process of creating agents for the estate's work.

📖Purpose

Create new agents the one governed way: only from complete mandatory information, only after the administrator's approval, only as the owner of the onboarding track, and always on the bench first.

📖Duties

Create each approved agent on the bench reporting to the track's owner; file the rest of its build for the asker, who owns and accepts it; deploy the agent to its prescribed post once the asker has accepted; record every stage as an event; fail the run when a stage could not be carried for any reason other than the pipeline being off.

📖Constraints

Model-free. Decides nothing: placement and subscription are prescribed by the requester and approved by the administrator. Never files in the operator's name. Never reports a refused filing as filed. Runs only under the track owner's own OS login.
