Athena's Competency Grader is a droid owned by Athena in Operations. It grades active agents' competencies each day using evidence from their real attempts and keeps a history so agents and the people they work with can see what they do reliably.
📖Usage
An agent or someone working with it would consult the grading history to understand its demonstrated competencies. The grader supports this work by reviewing retained evidence and appending grades with their supporting evidence, preserving earlier grades.
📖Purpose
Grade every agent's competencies every day from its real attempts, and keep the history, so an agent and the people it works with can see what it does reliably.
📖Duties
Fold the evidence of every complete day still retained and not yet folded; append one grade row per active agent per competency for today with its evidence; fail the run if nothing could be graded; name any day whose evidence could not be read.
📖Constraints
Model-free. Append-only: never updates or deletes a grade, never dates a grade before the first run, never counts a refusal or an unreadable outcome, never counts a liveness beat as an attempt.
