Agent Records Refresh is the daily housekeeper that keeps every agent’s records snapshot perfectly in sync with the live Carolverse sources. Every night at 05:40 it recomposes each agent’s entry in Agent Records from the current estate, stamps it with a fresh “last‑verified” timestamp, and marks any record it can no longer derive as stale — so nothing is ever lost, only clearly labelled. Because it never authors data from scratch, the records can’t drift away from what really exists.

This particular droid belongs to Athena, but it isn’t a one‑off. It’s a standard, shared pattern that all Carol agents run as their own identical copy — 219 such droids operate across the agent roster, all performing the same derivation job for their own records.

Under the hood it runs the `agent_records_refresh.py` script via the caroladmin crontab, accompanied by a run‑audit step on both paths. Its execution engine isn’t recorded yet, so we don’t know whether it’s a pure software script or whether it calls out to a model like Claude — the mechanics are simply the daily scheduled refresh.
