Arwen Chat is the dedicated operator chat lane for Arwen, letting people inside the Org app hold a direct typed conversation with the Arwen agent. It exists so that anyone who needs to ask Arwen a question, give an instruction, or monitor something can do it through a single, familiar chat interface without switching tools.

The droid follows the same Leo Chat App pattern used by many other agents. Each time an operator sends a message, the droid fires exactly one LLM turn, generates a response in Arwen’s voice, and posts it back into the chat. Its underlying execution engine hasn’t been recorded yet, so it’s not currently possible to say whether it’s pure software or calls an external model like Claude, or which model it would use.

Although the name “Arwen Chat” is unique, the droid itself isn’t a one‑off. It is one of 187 droids that share the same unnamed family—a standard reusable chat‑lane design run by dozens of agents across the Carolverse. This means Arwen’s chat works just like Albus’s, Athena’s, and many others, while still being tied exclusively to Arwen.
