The Archon Architect Agent is a droid owned by Archon that orchestrates architect agents across the Carol ecosystem. Its job is to coordinate and manage the interactions of architect agents – specialized automated workers that design and plan system blueprints, infrastructure, and workflows. It exists to ensure that architect agents run efficiently, follow rules, and produce consistent outputs without requiring manual oversight from Archon.

Internally, this droid makes calls to Claude (model: opus) to handle its reasoning and decision-making. Each time it orchestrates an architect agent, it sends a prompt to Claude for analysis, planning, or conflict resolution. This means the droid is not pure standalone software – it depends on the Claude API to perform its core function. The droid runs as a scheduled pipeline process, triggering its orchestration tasks at defined intervals.

Although its exact name "Archon Architect Agent" is unique to this instance, the droid belongs to a large, unnamed family of coordinated architect agent droids. Across the system, 184 such droids are run by a wide variety of agents (including Albus, Argus, Carol, and many others).
