This droid exists to provide Planner-independent grading of bypass work for the CAROL-INI-875 three-book model. It evaluates bypass initiatives using Albus's own bypass book and the Carol Initiatives database, never the planner's version. It acts as the Albus-side twin of the reviewer owned by Elrond.
It belongs to the reviewer droid family (see Droid Families): one of 31 reviewer droids that several agents run on demand. This particular copy's exact name is unique, but it is not a one-off droid — it is a standard member of a shared family. It is owned by Albus, and relevant supporting context lives in Albus's Analyses & Designs and Carol Initiatives.
The droid is pure software: a source trace verified it makes no Claude calls, so it has no model and no Claude purpose. It runs on demand, with no scheduled process.
