About

Albus Resume Watcher is a watcher droid owned by Albus that closes the autonomous self-healing loop around Albus's broad scans. When Albus parks an initiative pending a bypass, this droid waits for the bypass outcome: if the bypass closes, it re-triggers the parked initiative; if the bypass is blocked, it escalates by surfacing both items on the operator's queue.

It runs every 30 seconds. Each tick it reads the park-decision rows, resolves the bypass and parked status together, then acts: on the success path it makes a single POST /retrigger call; on the failure path it writes escalation decision rows and a needs_attention dispatch row. It is built to be idempotent, so repeated ticks never double-act. The parked initiatives it works with live in the Carol Initiatives app, and the operator it escalates to is Orion.

Albus Resume Watcher is one of 15 watcher-family droids run by several agents — including Elrond, Hagrid, Hermione, Merlin, Orion, Sage, and Bilbo — though its own name is unique. Its registered design describes pure SQL plus one HTTP call, but the detected engine records that it calls Claude (model unspecified), which appears to handle the bypass-outcome decision.
