About

Albus's High-Level Design Submission (al-hld-01) is a droid that gives Albus a tracked, versioned home for the high-level design (HLD) deliverable. It exists so Albus's design output lands in the shared step-deliverables store instead of living only in a chat session, and so the history of that deliverable can be reviewed later.

On demand, the droid runs three small operations โ€” submit(), inputs(), and history() โ€” via the shared step_deliverables.py module. It writes the current HLD, reads the chain inputs it depends on, and can retrieve earlier versions. The storage is agent-blind shared infrastructure, so the same code pattern serves other agents' deliverables too; related design artifacts live in Albus's Analyses & Designs, and the family pattern is documented in Droid Families.

It is owned by Albus. The droid's exact name is unique, but it is not a one-off: it is one of 26 author-family droids, a standard reusable family that agents including Archon, Argus, Carol, Elrond, Forge, Orion, Sage, and Leo also run. It is not pure software โ€” it calls Claude (model unspecified) to author the high-level design content.
