It's owned and run by Albus, who uses it as a diagnostic step feeding into his broader analysis work (see Albus's Analyses & Designs) and the wider initiative-tracking picture in Carol Initiatives.

It runs as a pipeline step rather than on a fixed schedule, and it isn't pure software — it calls Claude to do the actual diagnostic reasoning, though the specific model isn't recorded in the registry yet.

This droid is a one-off: its archetype is listed as "(none)", meaning it isn't part of a reusable droid-family that other agents run copies of — unlike the many droid-families cataloged in Droid Families.
