About

Build Conformance Reviewer is a read-only droid owned by Albus that closes the gap between design-as-authored and code-as-shipped. After a build step finishes, it loads the initiative's latest HLD from Albus's Analyses & Designs and the changed files, checks whether the built code actually conforms to the HLD, and returns clause-level conformance gaps that fold into the initiative's review lane. It is fail-open — no HLD or a transient error never blocks a review — and it biases toward passing, flagging only clear, direct departures from an explicit HLD clause.

It is triggered on demand rather than on a schedule and stays in its own lane: it does not evaluate success criteria (that's Argus's job) nor audit policy (that's Themis's job). This droid is one instance of a standard reviewer family: 31 reviewer droids are run by Albus, Archon, Argus, Carol, Elrond, Forge, Galadriel, Merlin, Orion, Sage, Themis, and Noah, although the exact name "Build Conformance Reviewer" is unique to this instance.

It is not pure software: it calls Claude (model haiku) to compare the changed files against the HLD and judge conformance clause by clause, while the droid itself orchestrates the inputs and carries the gaps back into the review lane.
