📖Purpose

Ninad (Rulings Repo security #312, agent-resources #314): inside an assigned initiative that requires editing the pipeline a service operator builds and TESTS the fix; installing it stays an estate operator's grant. Her code runs only where every registered test runs: the confined sandbox, under the tester's own login

📖Duties

- Every 5 minutes, answer the oldest waiting test request (one per firing, one firing at a time)
- Build the request snapshot under the approved policy; overlay exactly the staged files the request binds, each re-read against its digest; record every replacement in the snapshot
- Run the one registered test on the installed tree and with her bytes, through the runner's own seams; verify the runtime after each
- Keep one answer per request (pass, fail, unauditable or refused, with why) in his own store

📖Constraints

Runs only as Argus's own login (argus); model-free; never runs her code outside the confined sandbox; never runs a test that is not registered or is declared live; never answers a request twice and never retries a refused one; reads Elrond's stage record and the registry; writes only his own answers store (shared machinery).
