Work ticket

๐Ÿ“–What it means

The declaration every unit of work carries saying what it is FOR. Without a ticket, spending cannot be attributed and the work is undeclared. Recording a refusal is a different decision from blocking on it: a missing ticket must be visible either way.

๐Ÿ“–Easily confused with

[{"term": "Action receipt", "distinction": "A ticket says what work is ABOUT TO BE for; a receipt proves what an action DID."}, {"term": "Initiative", "distinction": "An initiative is the governed change; a ticket is the per-call declaration that attributes its cost."}]

๐Ÿ“–Also called
