The operator's per-session work record — one row per CLI sitting, opened at session start and summarised at handover. Session Notes live in the same store as the Logbook's blogs but are internal and never published; since CAROL-INI-3876 every row in that store carries its record type (blog or session_notes) on the row itself, so no reader has to infer the difference from a naming convention.

Not: Logbook
Both live in one store; the Logbook is the published public chronicle, Session Notes are the internal work-log — the row's record type says which is which.
Not: Handover
A handover is the operator's laptop-side note for the NEXT session; Session Notes are the estate-side record of what THIS session did.
