The record of one outbound message: the id WhatsApp returned (acceptance) and Meta's delivery callbacks. A receipt AUTHORIZES a claim and also DEFENDS one — whether an action happened is READ from the record in BOTH directions, and pushback makes an agent CHECK, never concede. Acceptance is not delivery: an accepted send can still arrive nowhere outside the messaging window.
