๐What it means
The reference for ONE subject: what a thing IS and what its parts mean. A handbook is consulted when you need to understand something โ it answers 'what does this mean'. Every handbook names its subject (agents, apps, service tracks, agent chat) and one agent keeps it.

[{"term": "cookbook", "distinction": "A cookbook answers 'what do I DO when X happens'; a handbook answers 'what does this MEAN'. A recipe belongs in a cookbook even when it explains itself."}, {"term": "methodology", "distinction": "A methodology is a way of WORKING through a whole activity in ordered segments; a handbook is a reference you dip into at any point."}]
