About
User Engagement is a monitoring dashboard that gives a clear view of every WhatsApp conversation Carol (Carol) is having. Think of it as a friendly backstage pass: it shows who Carol is talking to, what she has learned about them, the full chat history, and a proactive log — a running list of things Carol plans to do next for each person. The app exists so that the team overseeing Carol’s performance can quickly check how she’s connecting with leads, spot any gaps, and help her improve. It is a confidential admin tool, accessible only to authorised members of the Carolverse.
Usage Patterns
This dashboard is checked regularly — often daily or when coaching Carol. For example, after Carol (Carol) has been chatting with a new lead all morning, an admin might open User Engagement to replay the conversation, see what Carol remembers about the lead (stored in her Semantic Memory), and read the proactive log to know if she plans to send a follow-up later. If Carol didn’t pick up on a cue, a human or agent supervisor can add a note or adjust her behaviour through other tools. The app is not something Carol herself directly uses; it’s a window into her world for the people guiding her.
