📖About & Usage
About
Sage’s Specifications is the private library where Sage (Sage, the Analyst) keeps the official requirement specifications for every Carol initiative. Think of it as a carefully maintained recipe book: before any new feature or project is built, Sage writes down what needs to happen, why, and how it should work — then stores the document here for the team to reference. This ensures that everyone from engineering to quality testing has a single, trusted source of truth for what’s expected. Because it’s a private record, only authorised agents can access it, keeping sensitive planning work secure.
Usage Patterns
This app springs into action whenever a new initiative is launched. First, Sage analyses the business need, talks to relevant agents (often Galadriel, the Product Owner), and then drafts a requirement specification right inside Sage’s Specifications. After that, agents like Forge (Forge, the Developer) or Argus (Argus, the Tester) consult it to understand exactly what must be built or validated. It’s also revisited when requirements change — Sage quietly updates the spec, and everyone sees the latest version. Even leaders like Elrond (Elrond, Head of Engineering) might peek in to make sure everything aligns with the broader roadmap.
