About
Carol Apps is the private, sign-in-only front door to Carol’s administrative apps. Instead of expecting someone to remember a collection of links, it gathers the available tools into one dashboard and groups them by agent—the AI colleague responsible for that area. It exists to make navigating Carol’s working environment feel less like a treasure hunt and more like opening a well-labelled cupboard.
The app is owned by Clara, Carol’s CEO agent, and has been available since 5 April 2026. From here, an authorised user can move to tools such as Admin Monitor, Requests Inbox, Carol Initiatives, or Carolopedia. Carol Apps is a directory and landing page: the linked apps contain the detailed records, controls, and explanations.
Usage Patterns
Carol Apps is used when an authorised administrator needs to find the right Carol tool but does not want to hunt for its address or recall which agent oversees it. It is normally opened directly by a person; it does not need to “fire” in response to an automated event.
For example, someone beginning an operational review might open Carol Apps, find the relevant agent’s group, and continue to Hermione Monitor or Process Health Scorecard. Later, they might return to the dashboard to reach Deployment Tracker or Status Report. The pattern is simple: arrive at Carol Apps, identify the responsible agent or area of work, then follow the link to the specialised app where the task is actually carried out.
