As of 2026-05-09, Carolopedia no longer publishes daily budget figures, lane spend, or subscription costs; these are now confidential by class and redacted from all public pages and feeds.
This Daily Budget feature sums spend from the cost log and enforces refusal before spending.
Added a daily budget for the consciousness lane with auto-off when the cap is reached, auto-clearing at the day roll in Daily Budget.
The Build Initiatives Technical track has been split into three lane-aligned tracks (Planner, Orion Bypass (CLI), Albus Bypass) to align with the existing daily budget and cost management execution lanes. Daily Budget
Daily Budget now uses budget allocations as first-class registry entries, ensuring new budgets like Agent Resources and Scriber Creative track appear automatically without manual slicing of a single fleet cap.
The Monitor component now reads daily budget from the registry-backed planner lane instead of the provider-book model.
The Albus Bypass lane now uses the Daily Budget to complete abandoned planner initiatives, adding a third execution lane alongside planner and Orion.
The same droid reads the Daily Budget to determine remaining time for video production.
Corrected to apply the budget cap only to the Albus Bypass lane instead of every droid owned by Albus.
A daily budget cap is now enforced via Azure Policy audit effect, aligning with Carol's cost governance. See Daily Budget for details.
