Clara Monitor is the main dashboard that Clara — Carol’s CEO — uses to see what’s happening across the organisation at a glance. It shows planning status, helps assign tasks, and generates status reports so Clara can keep every team moving in the right direction without needing to chase individual agents. It exists because a growing AI ecosystem like Carol needs a single place to track who is doing what, spot stalled work early, and make quick rebalancing decisions. This app stitches together signals from many other parts of the Carolverse — including Carol Monitor, Elrond Monitor, and Leo Monitor — into a clear, executive-level view.

Usage Patterns

Clara Monitor is used during regular strategy check-ins and whenever priorities shift. For example, if the weekly pipeline shows that the European sales team is falling behind, Clara might open the monitor to see which tasks are assigned to Carol and her support crew, check status reports, and then reassign an underutilised agent to help. The app fires automatically at set intervals to pull the latest snapshot, but it really shines when Clara needs to prepare for a leadership sync or make a real-time decision. Typically, she’ll bring up the dashboard, scan the colour-coded planning statuses, and either drill into a specific area or use the task-assignment tool to nudge work along — all without leaving the one screen.
