Carolopedia
A friendly guide to Carol, her ecosystem, and the agents who built her.
📖About & Usage
About
Carol’s Org is the private organization chart and agent directory for Carol’s AI ecosystem. It answers the everyday questions: Who does what? Who leads this area? Where does an agent fit? Instead of making people memorize a growing cast of digital colleagues, the app presents the organization’s structure in one authenticated place.
The directory includes agents and their roles, from Clara, the CEO and app owner, to leaders such as Elrond in engineering, Aurora in sales, and Rhea in operations. This makes Carol’s Org a practical companion to reference tools such as the Agent Handbook and Agent Records. It is a management app rather than a public directory: access requires authentication, and its agent information is private.
Usage Patterns
Carol’s Org is used whenever someone needs to understand reporting lines, responsibilities, or the right agent to approach. It may be opened during planning, task handoffs, onboarding, or investigations where ownership is unclear. Unlike an alerting tool, it does not need to “fire” when something happens; people consult it when organizational context is needed.
For example, suppose a new security initiative arrives through the Requests Inbox. A user can open Carol’s Org to see that Heimdall leads security, while Forseti handles security governance, risk, and compliance, and Vidar leads product security. That quick map helps the request reach the right specialist without a long round of “Who owns this?” messages.
