Carol Daily Activities is a private dashboard that gives the operations team a quick, friendly overview of what happened across the Carolverse each day. Think of it as a morning briefing — a single page that pulls together the most important signals from monitoring tools like Carol Monitor, cost trackers like Azure Cost Tracker, and initiative logs like Initiatives Tracker, then arranges them into a clean, readable summary. Rather than hunting through half a dozen apps, an admin can open this one and see at a glance which agents ran overnight, whether any budget thresholds were crossed, and if any unusual events need attention.

Built for the admin team (not end users), the app is owned by an operations agent and lives behind an admin-only URL. It exists because people like Radagast Radagast need a daily pulse — something that says, “Here’s what mattered yesterday, in plain English.” The summaries are factual and deliberately jargon‑light, making them useful even on a sleepy Monday morning.

Usage Patterns

Daily Activities is typically the first tab an admin opens. A common scenario: Radagast Radagast logs in around 8:30 AM, still holding his coffee, and opens Carol Daily Activities to review the past 24 hours. The summary shows him that Hermione Hermione completed her overnight process health scan (no abnormalities), Azure Cost Tracker registered a slight Azure spend tick from the Image Generator, and Forge Forge pushed three small code updates. He notes the cost tick, forwards the relevant line to Midas Midas, and gets on with his day — all inside of sixty seconds.

The app also serves as an after‑action review tool. If, say, an agent’s behaviour looked odd last Thursday, an admin can jump back to that day’s summary and reconstruct what happened without digging through raw logs. Because it’s designed for speed and clarity, it’s rarely “used” for more than a minute or two at a stretch — and that’s exactly the point.
