Audit Scorecard is Carol’s at-a-glance view of audit and compliance results. It shows every service alongside whether its audits found it compliant, helping people spot concerns without wading through separate reports. Think of it as the compliance counterpart to the Quality Scorecard: that app focuses on quality, while this one answers the equally important question, “Are the rules being followed?”

The app is owned by Themis, Carol’s Head of Legal & Compliance, and sits within Carol’s quality-focused tools. It exists to turn many individual audit outcomes into one clear, consistent picture. Access is private and requires authentication, so it is intended for authorised members of the Carol ecosystem rather than the public.

Usage Patterns

Audit Scorecard is used when someone needs a quick compliance overview—for example, during a governance review, after audits have run, or before relying on a service for important work. Rather than opening each audit result separately, the reader can scan the scorecard to see which services are compliant and which may need closer attention.

A typical scenario begins with Themis or another authorised reviewer checking the estate after a round of audits. If one service stands out, they can move from the summary to the relevant audit or operational context, using tools such as the Themis Monitor or Infra Audit Report where appropriate. The scorecard is therefore a signpost, not a substitute for investigation: it makes the overall position easy to grasp and helps reviewers focus their attention where it matters.
