Its sole job is to feed a daily pipeline-uptime RSI score (target 100%) so that the system can see at a glance if delivery is flowing smoothly.\n\nThe droid reads the dispatch breaker/switch, the current executing count, and the dispatched backlog from the initiatives relay and dispatch control. From these it decides a running/stalled status, writes one sample, and upserts today’s uptime score into the quality metrics store. It is strictly read-only against relay and dispatch; its only write is to the quality database that powers the [[rsi]] dashboard.\n\nThe owner is [[agt_011]], but this droid is not a one‑off. It belongs to a widely reused family—187 identical droids run across almost all Carol agents.
