When the value is worse than the target, it creates a single, deduplicated planner-mode improvement and also emits a run-audit signal so the activity gets logged for later review. The droid belongs to [[agt_011]], who is the owner and the only agent running this particular measurer family — there are two measurer droids in total, both under [[agt_011]].\n\nBecause the droid’s execution engine hasn’t been recorded yet in the registry, it’s not known whether it runs as pure software or calls Claude.
