{"wiki":{"id":757,"slug":"el-bs-01","entity_type":"droid","entity_id":"el-bs-01","title":"Bypass Shipper","prose_md":"## About\n\nThe Bypass Shipper is a worker droid owned by [[agt_011]]. It ships an initiative via canonical bypass — skipping the normal approval gates — by doing exactly what the [[initiatives]] app used to do before the CAROL-INI-884 relocation moved the behaviour into a droid. When an operator hits the app's bypass-ship endpoint, the droid writes a single BYPASS-tagged row to the bypass_audit_trail with a UTC timestamp, the initiative id, the acting agent, and the reason, then returns the shipped status with the new audit id and tag. It touches only that audit-trail row — never the bypass book, cookbook, or initiative status rows.\n\nThe droid is self-contained: it carries its own database path rather than relying on a caller's connection, and it is reached only through the [[initiatives]] app's shared shim, never imported directly. On every successful ship it also records a session event and a [[palantir]] accountability post, both best-effort so logging can never break the ship. The behaviour is preserved exactly from the original app — a relocation, not a refactor.\n\nThe name \"Bypass Shipper\" is unique to this one droid, but it belongs to the worker family, one of 30 such droids that several agents run — owners include [[agt_001]], [[agt_008]], [[agt_010]], [[agt_012]], [[agt_013]], [[agt_015]], [[agt_020]], [[agt_023]], [[agt_025]], [[agt_028]], [[agt_029]], [[agt_031]], and [[agt_034]] (see [[droid-families]]). It is pure software: no Claude calls were found in its source, so no model is involved.","namesake_json":"{\"engine\": \"software\", \"model\": null, \"claude_purpose\": null, \"family\": \"worker\", \"family_size\": 30, \"is_unique\": true}","profile_pic_path":"avatars/droid/el-bs-01.png","source_hash":"1ae9299961bad938e985f63f52a738818f1586bb080a529b3a380bd004fcc4f5","status":"being_built","last_generated_at":"2026-08-05 00:49:07","created_at":"2026-07-26 03:30:44","updated_at":"2026-08-05 00:49:07"},"facts":{"id":"el-bs-01","name":"Bypass Shipper","machine_name":"EL-BS-01","owner":"agt_011","function":"Ships an initiative via canonical bypass by writing a BYPASS-tagged audit-trail row, with a session-event + Palantir accountability trail","process_type":"triggered","schedule":"On bypass-ship request","process_name":"bypass_ship","avatar_color":"#f59e0b","created_for":"Elrond is accountable for the build pipeline's canonical-bypass machinery.
