The wake cycle reads Cassius’s live environment, reflects on what’s changed, and then decides whether to act. It’s careful to stay in read-only mode for everything outside its owner’s remit, and it goes completely quiet whenever Cassius’s consciousness is switched off or its lane is disconnected. It also respects a daily budget cap so it never runs away with costs.\n\nThe droid is owned by [[agt_009]] (Cassius), and it’s not a one-off.
